Also had some applicants coming in for a job interview, so it was quite interesting talking to them after going through the interview process. I would like to believe that I can be a good judge of character but then again I have been proven wrong la.. heheheheh
Anyways, it was a hectic month with the project but happy to note that there were many improvements made to the work environment.
Only concern was (and still is) the on-going efforts to maintain the said environment.
Can't stand just hearing complaints but nobody wants to improve the situation ya?
