Today..

Ah.. what a day it has been.

Jam packed day with a training session.. errands for the office and sourcing for personal stuff which I figured would help me organize my things better. No luck today though.

Couldn't decide whether to have japanese or western food for dinner.Was visualizing what I could have and by doing so which ever imaginary dinner tempts me most means I should try to make it a reality. Well that went bust too..

Finally got weary little me home and what greeted me was the sight which was a sore to my eyes.. isk. A mini mountain of laundry which DESPERATELY needed to be folded and put away. The stuff which i used for my last vacation pun tak settle lagi.. And i have been putting off sending my winter clothing for dry cleaning for months also. Takde incentive kot.. hehhehe... when i need to use it baru nak get it done. But I managed to bank in the bowls of coins (collected from laundry and everywhere else) which have been accumulating and spilling over (of course with the help of the dynamic duo Kak Yan and Yana who graciously included my request in their banking itinerary). Got a tidy sum :-)

Somehow managed to get it done. The folding part and sorting out at least, so am quite happy. Using the downtime to update the blog, munching and chatting .. Multitasking is definitely a skill to have!

Then i smell RAIN.... I likeeeeeeee......

So am gonna enjoy the rest of the nite snuggled up and dreaming of my next vacation. G'nite...

Spoke too Soon..

Just when I thought that things are under control and calmer.. last week was an eye opener. First I didn't have transport ..

Monday - Experimented taking the bus to travel all the way home. It took me three buses and almost 3.5 hours to get back. Unbelievable. Made me think about people who need to do this on a daily basis. Hats off to you.. And no wonder people have a short fuse.

Tried again Tuesday - But decided to just go halfway by bus then try to take a cab. The 'mistake' was my transit point was 1Utama. Hehehehee guess where I ended up. Anyways, had dinner before heading home, so it was alright.

Okay, Wednesday - No point kidding myself. So just headed straight to 1Utama to browse and eat. Got Lion Dance and.... bought new shoes!

Thursday Valentine's - Brought chocolates for colleagues... Yummy stuff. In the evening went to MidValley to have a nice dinner. Aisey.. all full la with people having their Valentine's celebration.

Friday - Finally! Wrapping up things and having a good weekend!

So far So Good

Hmmm... am back at the office after the long break and as usual had to jumpstart the work mode :-)

Had some office gossip to catch up on.. hheheheheh normal la. Am blessed to be able to travel again and it was very relaxing and fun too! Well... more about that later.

Right now am taking a break from doing the necessary paperwork for the dreaded time of year. Yup folks.. it's time to file income tax already. Aiyo..

So far the year has been eventful. Of course good and bad but I feel that I am in a better state of mind, some minor hiccups but it's okay. I would like to think that there's been more good than bad so far and am pretty optimistic the good will keep coming and certainly the great too. The bad? Well, take it one at a time la then. Am quite relieved a project I had be given the opportunity to coordinate has turned out to be a success and it was certainly an experience trying to get everyone to stay focused. But all is well and good and everybody has contributed to this success. The company had also rewarded the staff accordingly and has bigger prospects to look forward to in the near future...

In the home front, I am pretty excited with Sugar's new litter of kittens. My fav would be 'Tux'. Yup.. u guessed it. A black & white kitten. Heheheheh.. Now am fattening them up so all would be bulat also.

Last but not least 'GONG XI FA CAI' to all celebrating.. Wishing all more prosperity and an abundance of happiness!

2008!

Eight days passed 2008.. How time flies

Especially so since i have loads of paperwork to do. Sigh.. Really crossing my fingers and anything else which I can possibly cross for the year to turn out way better than last year.

Promised myself would try to be more positive and less sensitive.

It's such a wonderful thing in Malaysia we are able to celebrate so many festivities..

It's a bit late but nevertheless I want to wish one and all Merry Xmas!
