Been home for the past couple of weeks .. finally have the chance to get online and post some new blogs. It's been really hot here.. so I took my mom out and got heavy curtains to block out the sunlight and place an air cooler in my room. Temporary bliss...

Food as usual is heavenly.. i really don't mind waking up bright and early to have breakfast at all my favorite haunts.. Especially the lovely roti bakar (using charcoal fire mind u).. the all famous nasik kandar for breakfast & dinner ! .. seafood by the beach after sundown..

Lucky thing i still have an old friend here... at least I have someone to hang out with on Saturday nights. Somehow her hubby doesnt quite approve of our girls' nite out hehehehhee... he's just jealous coz he can't join us!

Oh.. and these are the lil ones I've got crawling around to also entertain me (pic below) and my sis is crazy about playing my PS2 with me.. All is not lost after all, just being connected to my friends online AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!

Sheesh.

To Lie or Not To Lie.....

I was thinking about this topic over the weekend.. If a person covers up or lies to you for your sake (because they don't want to hurt your feelings) and somehow you find out... how should you feel? Is it supposed to hurt less?

Am not talking about those little white lies to answering questions such as.. do i look like i put on weight?(in my case I'd be quite happy if you say yes!) ... or (GF to BF) do you think she's pretty?.. well u get what i mean...

How far would you conceal the truth to avoid hurting someone.. is it because you really believe the truth is more hurtful or are you just afraid of the consequences for being the bearer of bad news?

I guess circumstances forces us to make decisions which we believe is best at that particular moment. Sometimes you just cross your fingers and hope they never find out or if they do, they would be very understanding about it. But I feel, whatever it is.. one thing is put at great risk. TRUST. Difficult to earn but so easy to loose. It is a key ingredient in any relationship, between lovers or friends or family or even business.

Somehow we have to go through very difficult circumstances at some point of our lives.. May you make the wisest decisions :-)

Thought it would be fun to introduce to everyone my sweet little girl... She growing up fast. But she still insists on cuddling with me on my pillow every night. And whenever I have to leave.. she'll be the first to greet me when I come back.
She has her cute antics and her very naughty moments. Very much like her daddy.. Sometimes I miss him too, but he's happier where he is now. Now where's my baby.. probably curled up asleep somewhere.. It's a nice day out. Perhaps I should go pull on a swimsuit and take a dip in the pool.. Nice!

Finally.. taking the first step into the bloggers' community. I have always enjoyed writing as it gives me room to express my thoughts and to a certain extent it gives some relief.

Almost 3 weeks into the new year of 2006 and it was almost immediate that I can tell there are going to be loads of surprises in store. Some good and some bad.. New beginnings from endings. The past year has been a huge learning curve for me.. But generally I am thankful that I have many great things to remember.. and the not so great ones well.. you can't have everything right?

As I get better at this blogging thing, I hope to be able to post some of my experiences to share. I do look forward to having a new medium to connect with people and perhaps I may gain new perspective on the many facets of life.
